摘要
本文研究了温度从30℃到65℃、pH范围为1-14、肌苷在缓冲液中的降解反应动力学,得到了降解反应是一级反应,从实验数据计算了反应速率常数和活化能。
In this work, the kinetics of the degradation reaction of inosine in buffer solution were studied at the temperature range from 30 to 65℃ and the pH range from 1 to 14. The degradation reaction is basically first order reaction. The reaction rate constants and activation energy of inosine degradation were obtained from the experimental data
