摘要
本文提出的方法可用于测量真空及压力下单组分或多组分易达平衡的气固吸附相平衡。对多组分,用安装于柱内的小风机强制气体循环达到均匀吸附。测定了O_2、N_2及其混合物在13X分子筛上298K及308K时的吸附等温线,平衡压力达600kPa。其真空下的吸附量与Cahn 2000电天平的实验结果进行对比,吻合很好。文中对方法的灵敏度进行了分析。
A volumetric method with two vessels was developed in the study, which may be used for determining the gas-solid adsorption equilibria of pure gas and gases mixture under or above atmosphere. A small electric fan for circulating the gases through two vessels was installed inside the vessel to enable multicomponent adsorbates to be homogenously adsorbed. The adsorption equilibrium data of O2, N2 and their mixtures on 13X molecular sieve were determined at 298K and 308K, with the pressure range up to 600Pa. The results under atmosphere are well consistent with those obtained by Gahn 2000 electrobalance. It was found that the adsorption competition of O2 and N2 on 13X zeolite is not very significant within the pressure range. The sensitivity of the method was discussed. The isotherm of H2 on 13X zeolite with low adsorption capacity was determined.
