摘要
目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止12-20周妊娠的临床效果。方法回顾性分析比较265例孕12-20周应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产与251例应用依沙吖啶引产的效果。结果米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产成功率为98.5%,显著高于依沙吖啶引产的成功率85.7%,产程较依沙吖啶引产缩短、出血量和胎盘滞留率显著降低。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止中期妊娠是一种安全有效、痛苦小,并发症少的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Misoprostol for induced abortion in 12 -20 weeks gestation. Wethods 265 cases of induced abortion in 12 -20 weeks gestation combined with misoprostol were employed in this study. The retrospective method was used to compare the data of 251 cases in ethacridine group. Results There was a higher percentage as to induced abortion, shorter duration of abortion, markedly decreased amount of bleeding and placental retention rate among Mifepristong combined with Misoprostol group. Conclusion Using Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol terminating in 12 -20 weeks gestation is an effective,safe method. There is little pain and complications. It is worthy of being widely used.
