摘要
首先根据军队营房保障的指导原则和目标及各级营房保障部（分）队的特点，从战略地位、基础建设、应用状况、人力资源、信息安全等方面构建了营房保障信息化建设的评估指标层次体系。然后运用层次分析法（AHP）和专家评判法，对营房保障信息化建设评估体系各层指标的权重合理性进行了分析判断，最后给出实例，对某部营房保障信息化建设水平进行了综合评估，从而为科学评估营房保障信息化建设成效提供了有力工具。
At first, according to the direction principle, object and specialty, the authors have constructed the evaluation system of barracks support information construction form the aspects of the strategic mission, basal construct , application , human resources , information security so on. Then, the authors have analyzed every tier＇s weight of the evaluation system withtbe method of AHP. At last, an example has been given for evaluating certain unit＇s level of the barracks support information construction. So, the result shows that the method gives convenience to heighten the barracks support information construction.
