摘要 生物柴油作为清洁性可再生能源受到广泛重视,但对生物柴油的安定性研究很少。以市售一级菜籽油为原料制备生物柴油,考察了生物柴油在不同酯化率以及与柴油不同掺合比例时的安定性,证明生物柴油安定性比普通柴油差,氧化过程中不仅生成不溶物.还会发生聚合反应导致粘度增大。还考察了6种抗氧剂在B10生物柴油中的效果,得到胺型抗氧剂较酚型抗氧剂效果好。另外,从这6种抗氧剂中筛选出了一种效果良好的抗氧剂,并确定其较理想的添加量在0.002%~0.005%。 Biodisel is attracting a wide attention of all sides as environment friendly and renewable fuel substitute. However,few studies have been done on its oxidative stability. A biodiesel prepared with refined rape oil is investigated in this paper. The oxidative stability biodiesel with different esterifies rates and their blends is inferior to mineral diesel. Results show that oxidative stability of biodiesel was inferior to mineral diesel fuel by producing more insoluble substance as well as greater viscosity increases after oxidation. Six different antioxidants are also examined, the result shows that the effect of phenolic antioxidants is better than amine antioxidants, among which one is excellent in inhibiting oxidation of biodisel,and optimal content is 0. 002 to 0.005 percent (ω/ω).
