论述了当前形势下施工企业成本控制的内容,分析了工程成本管理中存在的问题,提出了加强成本管理的措施。
This paper expounds the contents of cost management of the construction enterprise in current situation, analyzes on the problems existing in construction cost management, and advances some measures for the cost management.
