摘要
分析了高职院校图书馆队伍建设中存在问题,提出了以人为本推进图书馆队伍建设的六大建议。
This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the ranks construction of the library of higher vocational college,and advances six suggestions on promoting the ranks construction of the library of higher vocational college with people-based concept.
