摘要
在作者巳有研究工作的基础上,在HP9000CAD工作站上开发了一个用于萃取分离设备设计的软件包。本文介绍该课题的第一部分,包括萃取塔的模型构造及求解算法、萃取过程的模拟、萃取塔主体结构的设计方法,以及萃取塔主体结构设计参数与操作运行条件的优化。按上述模型和方法设计得到的萃取塔高与实验结果比较接近。
Upon the authors' previous work, a computer-aid design software for extraction separator was developed on a HP-9000 CAD Workstation. A calculation method was adopted for the simulation of steady-state, multicomponent, counter-current extraction column, the operation conditions were designed and optimized by the iteration and the trial-and-error methods. Examples were presented to demonstrate the efficiency and flexibility of the algorithm. The calculated results were very close to those of the experimental data.
