摘要
运用连续流化床结晶装置,测定了不同饱和温度的磷酸二氢铵在15℃和25℃结晶温度下晶体的成核、生长速率。实验结果表明,随饱和温度的增加,磷酸二氢铵的成核、生长速率随之增加;同时根据实验数据,应用多元线性回归得出磷酸二氢铵晶体的生长动力学模型:B0=1.45×106G0.189M1T.608(15℃),B0=1.05×107G0.458M0T.980(25℃)。实验还研究了添加剂对磷酸二氢铵晶体生长速率的影响,结果表明,有添加剂时晶体的生长速率更高;而且随着饱和温度的升高,磷酸二氢铵晶体的生长速率上升趋势更显著。
A liquid fluidized bed crystallizer was used to determine the nucleation rate and the growth rate of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) at crystallization temperature 15 ℃ and 25 ℃ for different saturation temperature solution. The experiment results showed that the nucleation rate and the growth rate of ADP were increased along with the rise of saturation temperature. Based on multilinearity regression,the nucleation kinetics models of ADP were gained, i. e. B0 = 1.45×10^6G^0.189MT^1.608(15℃), B0 = 1.05 ×10^7 G^0.458MT^0.980 (25 ℃ ). In addition, the effect of additives on the growth rate of ADP was also studied. Results showed that in presence of additives, the crystal growth rate increased more rapidly and the increasing tendency was more obvious along with the rise of saturation temperature.
