摘要
对近年来中国在甲酸钠法制保险粉技术方面取得的创新成果,以及保险粉制造业跃居世界首强的情况,作了全面的总结和阐述。创新成果主要有:用甲酸钠、二氧化硫和焦亚硫酸钠生产保险粉;甲酸钠和焦亚硫酸钠以晶粒状态加入反应釜;将一种能与硫代硫酸盐反应的有机物加入到母液中;母液的循环利用率达到60%-80%;保险粉的产量成倍增加;甲酸钠的利用率提高至73%等。同时深入分析了将上述有机物加入到母液中所带来的安全风险和环境污染问题,提出了中国保险粉企业需要在安全技术、环保技术和监控技术等方面作相应改进的具体建议。
The innovative results achieved in the terms of rongalite technique by sodium formate process in China in recent years as well as the situation that Chinese rongalite manufacturing industry leaping into the first rank of the world were summarized and introduced comprehensively in this paper. The innovative results included : production of rongalite from sodium formate, sulfur dioxide and sodium pyrosulfite;addition of sodium formate and sodium pyrosulfite to reactors in the form of crystal grain; addition of an organic compound which is able to react with thiosulfate to mother liquor; achievement of 60% - 80% in recycle ratio of mother liquor;double increment of the yield of sodium dithionite; and improvement to 73% in utilization ratio of sodium formate. Meanwhile, the new problems of safety risk and environmental pollution caused by the addition of above mentioned organic compound to mother liquor were deeply analyzed. The corresponding suggestions were put forward on how to improve the safety technique, environmental protection technique and monitor and control technique for the Chinese rongalite enterprises.
