摘要
本文对延长多碱光电阴极长波阈的问题进行了探讨;对多碱光电阴极P型Na_2KSb+本征K_2Cssb+本征Cs_3Sb的结构模型进行了印证;提出了工艺上应采取的措施。实验上获得了450μA/Lm的积分灵敏度;长波阈(峰值灵敏度的百分之一所对应的波长)为9400(?),当入射光波长为9900(?)时仍有0.05mA/W的光电响应。
Extending longwave threshold of multialkli photocathode has been discussed in this paper. The structure model of multialkali photocathode of P-type Na2Ksb+ intrinsic K2CsSb+ intrinsic Cs3 Sb has been proposed. The integral sensitivity of 450 μA/Lm has been obtained in experiments. Its longwave threshold of 9400 A has been reached. It still is of 0.05 mA/W response for 9900 A wavelength.
