摘要
医院评审进入第二周期,“三特”医院评审提上日程。“三特”试点主要不在高分达标,出成绩,出声誉,而在于探讨问题,出思路、出方法。“三特”的创建应考虑以下几方面问题:“三特”模式内核与模式多样化;医院经营国际化与管理制度创新;“三特”重心转向急性病部不是最佳选择;选择降低医疗费用作突破口需要勇气;把握创“三甲”的经验,继续强化基础建设;选准带头学科,完成医院整体技术更新;正视大医院的管理弱势,形成自己的管理特色;深化医院改革,建立综合激励机制。
The article suggests that the accreditation of A-level special-class hospital should be based on important dimensions, including :scientific and technological excellence at advanced world levels.and great values for making qualitative leaps in medical practice,especially in priority projects;pioneering efforts and contributions to breakthroughs in simultaneous realization of quality advance, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency; rationalization and optimization of provision and supervision of incentives; and successful explorations in reforms of operational management methodologies and models, suitable to large hospitals or of universal significance.
