摘要
电压与频率是电能质量中重要的指标。其偏差往往会对电力设备与系统造成很大的危害,严重时甚至会导致电力系统失稳、崩溃。介绍了电力系统电压与频率偏差的基本概念及产生原因,阐述了电力系统电压与频率偏差所造成的影响、危害。给出了国家对于电压与频率偏差所制定的标准以及针对电压与频率偏差超标的各种治理对策与方法。
Voltage and frequency are the important index of electrical energy quality, the deviation of them will impact on the stability of equipments and power system. Furthermore, the worse deviation will result in the crash in power system. The basic concept of the deviation of voltage and frequency, the harm in power system which result from their deviation, the national criterions of voltage and frequency deviation in china and the ways to adjust the voltage and frequency in power system were introduced.
