摘要
瑞金是赣江的源头，为江西省29个严重水土流失县（市）之一。瑞金水土保持工作的好坏，不仅直接关系本市社会经济的发展，而且对赣江中下游地区的经济发展也有重大影响。用具体的数据、详细的事实，从水土流失现象入手，分析水土流失的发展趋势，产生的无穷危害，从而阐明水土保持工作的迫切性。并提出把水土保持工作列入国民经济和社会发展计划，充分发挥群众治理水土流失的积极性，切实加强预防监督，防止新的水土流失发生的建议。
Ruijin, the source of Ganjiang river, is one of the twenty-nine most severe counties (cities)in soil and water loss. That soil and water conservation work in Ruijin is done well or not, has not only something directly to do with social and economic development of our city itself, but also great effects on economic development of Ganjiang river midstream and downstream areas. By using concrete data and phenomena, analyzes developing tendency and infinite harms of soil and water loss, and clarifies the pressingness of soil and water conservation work. It also suggests that it list soil and water conservation work into the rational economic developing plans, that thoroughly exert the masses activity to manage soil and water loss, that exactly reinforce preventing and monitoring work, that prevent soil and water loss from taking place once and again.
