摘要
叙述了我国城市化过程中水土保持面临的新形势；分析了城市水土流失的特点及其对城市化本身和可持续发展的负面效应；阐述了预防城市水土流失的必要性和基本措施。
Some new problems on the soil and water conservation present to us urbanizationnow. This paper analysed the properties of soil and water loss in the urbanization,and its negative effect. It is necessary to control the erosion with special measurement and to prevent new loss.
