摘要
对Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金从液态到合金锭的凝固过程进行分析,从而找出Ca在合金中的分布规律,根据该规律来分析各种取样方法对检测结果的影响,从而找出合理的取样方法。
The process from liquid to the solidified state of Pb-Ca-Sn-A1 alloy ingot was analyzed and found out the distribution law of calcium in the alloy, and based on the law the influence of various sampling methods on the testing results was analyzed, thus helping in selection of a proper sampling method.
