摘要
陕北地方品种红谷干种子经３００Ｇｙ６０Ｃｏ—ｒ射线照射，在Ｍ１０代中选育出辐谷４号新品种，该品种具有高产，优质和抗逆性强等特点。１９９１～１９９５年已在黄土高原区推广１０．０３万ｈｍ２。
The dry seed of red millet,a local strain of northern Shaanxi province, was irradiated with 300Gy 60 Co-gamma radiation,and a new strain of Radioactive Millet 4 was bred out from genernation M 10 .This strain has the characteristics of high yield,high quality and strong resistant to adversity.It has been spread on a area of 10.03 ha in loess plateau region,and good benefits of economy and society have been obtained.
