摘要
介绍了直接法制备锰锌软磁铁氧体材料的工艺流程、特点及原理。以铁屑、软锰矿和锌烟灰为原料,进行了500t/a规模的直接法制取低功耗软磁共沉粉的工业试验。结果表明,共沉粉杂质元素含量低,配比准确;以此共沉粉为原料,进行了单槽和多槽混合共沉粉铁氧体工艺实验,所得锰锌软磁铁氧体样环的磁性能完全达到日本TDK公司的PC30标准,且所有指标均超过国内某公司同类产品。
In this paper, the technological process, characters and principle of preparation of Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite by direct-method were introduced. Using scrap iron, pyrolusite and coarse oxide-zinc materials, the industrial scale experiment with annual capacity of 500t co-precipitation powders were performed. The experimental results demonstrated that co-precipitation powders made by direct-method have the advantage of low content of impurities and accurate prescription. The technological experiments on ferrite made from single-vessel and multi-vessel co-precipitation powders by direct-method were also carded out. The experimental data confirm that performance of the Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite is superior to that of TDK PC30 and all of indexes on magnetic properties are better than that of the same kind of product made by a domestic company.
