摘要
云南城镇失业率呈上升趋势,失业人员占就业人员比重不断增加,说明云南的就业形势较为严峻。根据对近10年各产业就业贡献率的分析比较,第三产业具有较强的吸纳就业的能力,其中尤以批发零售贸易餐饮业、社区服务业较为突出。
The urban unemployment rate in Yunnan is on the increase, which poses a challenge to the job market. This paper analyzes the employment rates of different industries in Yunnan in the past ten years and concludes that the tertiary industry has a stronger employment potential, especially the whole-sale and retail business, catering business and community-service.
