摘要
“制方有据,与病相符”是《太平圣惠方》的组方特色。在辨证论治的前提下,考虑到了“异病”的因素,包括生理、体质上存在的差异,充分体现了辨病、辨症与辨证的紧密结合。就该书对妇科“同证异病”的组方选药特色进行了举例浅析。
The medical prescriptions of Taiping royal prescriptions have remarkable features. On the premise that diagnosis and treatment are based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms, it takes into consideration the factor of dissimilarity between different cases of the same disease, including physiological and constitutional differences, which fully embodies close combination of discerning diseases and syndromes. We＇ ve analyzed some examples of medical prescriptions of ＂the same syndromes exist in the different diseases＂ in the gynae in the book.
