摘要
《黄帝内经》是最早提出亚健康理论的医学著作。其“治未病”的思想即是现代医学中的亚健康理论。文章全面系统的总结了《黄帝内经》中亚健康的内涵、原因、表现和防治。为后人研究亚健康理论奠定了坚实的理论基础。
the Yellow Emperor＇s Classic of Internal Medicine is the earlist medical works in the world which puts forward the theory of sub - health. The idea of ＂treating before illness＂ in it embodies nowadays sub - health theory. This paper smmarizes comprehensively and systematically about the connotation, causes, appearances and prevention and cure which is the foundation for of fsprings＇ research on sub - health.
