摘要
目的:探讨临床针刺“远肢优势规律”的可能传入途径。方法:拟观察肘膝关节以下腧穴的循经分布与浅层和深层神经分布之间是否存在某些规律。结论:十二经四肢远端穴位神经浅层分布规律为:手太阴经以前臂外侧皮神经分布为主,手厥阴经和手少阴经以前臂内侧皮神经为主。手阳明经以桡神经浅支和前臂外侧皮神经为主,手少阳经以前臂后皮神经分布为主,手太阳经以尺神经手背支为主。足三阴经均有隐神经分布。足阳明经以足背内侧皮神经、腓肠外侧皮神经为主,足少刚经以足背中间皮神经、腓肠外侧皮神经为主,足太阳经以足背外侧皮神经和腓肠神经、股后皮神经分布为主。
Objective ： To investigate the possible afferent pathway of the clinical acupuncture ＂Distal Limb Preponderant Principle＂. Methods ： Observe the regularity between the distribution of the acupoint below elbow and Knee Joint along the meridians and the innervation of superficial layer and deep layer. Conclusion ： The regularity of innervation of superficial layer of the acupoint distributed over distal end of four limbs in the twelve meridians is ： the main innervafion of meridian of Hand - TAI YIN is cutaneous antebrachii lateralis nerve, the main innervation of meridian of Hand - JUE YIN and Hand - SHAO YIN is cutaneous antebrachii medialis nerve, the main innervation of meridian of Hand - YANG MING is radial nerve, superficial and cutaneous antebrachii lateralis nerve, the main innervation of meridian of Hand - SHAO YANG is cutaneous antebrachii posterior nerve, the main innervation of meridian of Hand - TAI YANG is dorsal branch of ulnar nerve. The main innervation of the three YIN meridians of foot is nervus saphenus. The main innervafion of meridian of Foot -YANG MING is cutaneous dorsalis medialis nerve and cutaneous nerve of calf,lateral, the main innervation of meridian of Foot - SHAO YANG is cutaneous nerve of foot, dorsal, intermediate and cutaneous nerve of calf, lateral, the main innervation of meridian of Foot -TAI YANG is cutaneous dorsalis lateralis nerve, nervus suralis and cutaneous nerve of thigh posterior.
