摘要 介绍了日本本田F23A3电控发动机故障诊断实验台的设计思路及结构特点。本故障实验台,能准确直观地显示发动机电控系统的数据流和故障码,并能设置故障。试验台为电控发动机的故障检测诊断提供了操作平台,高职高专院校的发动机维修专业的学生和生产一线的发动机维修技术人员可通过对该实验台故障诊断的学习训练,达到能够实车故障排除的目的。 This paper introduces the design mentality and the structure features of fault diagnosis test-bed for Honda F23A3 electronic-controlled engine. The test-bed has the functions of accurate and direct-viewing showing data stream and fault codes of electronic engine control system, and faults could be set in this bed. The test-bed provides the operating platform of fault detection and diagnosis of electronic-controlled engine for students of automobile maintenance specialty in high vocational and technological college and automobile maintenance technical personnel in produce forefront, and the purpose of clearing faults in actual vehicles is reached by training on this test-bed.
