摘要
车用发动机进行台架试验时,经过持续大负荷运行后,出现过热甚至“开锅”现象,其原因是现有台架冷却系统已无法满足发动机的冷却需求。经过对台架冷却系统分析和重新设计,采取冷却水管外接、水箱开式循环冷却及发动机进水并联分流式机油冷却器,实现水温油温恒温自动控制,成功解决了车用发动机在试验室进行台架试验时出现过热甚至“开锅”的问题;同时为车用发动机台架冷却系统朝着智能化、高效低能耗发展提供了一种较为科学的参考。
When vehicle engine carry through bench test, the engine appears superheated, even boils after continuously heavy load running. The reason is that engine's running condition in laboratory is different from that on road. The cooling system is out of engines cooling demand. By analyzing and redesigning the present cooling system, adopting cooling water pipe connecting outside, water tank open-circle cooling, and parallel connection and bypass water enter oil radiator, we carried out the constant temperature of cooling water and engine oil automatically, the matter was resolved successfully. At the same time, it supplies a scientific reference for bench cooling system of vehicle engine developing into intelligence, higher efficiency and lower consumption of energy.
