影响内氏放线菌尿素酶活性相关因素的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多种生态环境因素对内氏放线菌尿素酶活性的影响。方法采用生物化学的方法检测氮源物质、糖源物质、酸性环境对内氏放线菌尿素酶活性的影响。结果当细菌生长环境中pH值呈弱酸性、或氮源物质缺乏或糖源物质丰富,内氏放线菌尿素酶活性均有不同程度提高。在pH6.0,氮源缺乏而糖源丰富的培养条件下,内氏放线菌尿素酶活性可高达149.7nmol/min.mg cell protein。结论氮源物质、糖源物质、pH值均是影响内氏放线菌尿素酶活性的环境因素;当牙菌斑致龋性增强时,内氏放线菌尿素活性表达可能也随之提高。 Objectives To investigate the effects of multiple factors that could influence the urease activity of Actinomyces naeslundii. Methods The various biochemical methods were used to investigate the changes of urease activity in Actinorayces naeslundii which was under different environmental conditions. Results It was observed that under conditions of nitrogen-limited, glucose-excess and sub-acid environment, the activity of the A. naeslundii urease got the different extent increase extend. With cultured under conditions of pH6. 0, limited nitrogen and excess glucose, Actinomyces naeslundiiwas able to make the urease activity increase up to 149.7 nmol/ min·mg cell protein. Conclusion The nitrogen, glucose source and environmental pH are such factors that could influence the activity of the A. naeslundii urease ; with the dental plaque cariogenicity enhanced, the A. naeslundii urease activity may increase too.
