矫直残留应力对矫直机能耗的影响

摘要 本文提出用弹性变形能与弹复变形能的差值来确定残留变形能的方法。分析结果表明:矫直过程中残留变形能可以定量计算,计算中残留变形耗能可以忽略不计,从而在理论上解决了残留变形能的计算问题,为矫直机的设计提供了科学依据。 A method of energy difference between elastic deformation and elastic-re-covery deformation is developed to determine the residual deformation energy.It is proved that during straightening process the residual deformation can becalculated quantitativoly, whereas the energy consumption of residual deforma--tion may be negligible. The solution for residual deformation energy is there-fore given theoretically, as the basis for the design of straighteners.
