参芪复方对糖尿病早期大血管病变大鼠白色脂肪过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体γ的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Shenqi Compound Recipe on the Expression of PPARγ in White Adipose Tissue of Rats with Macrovascular Complication in Earlier Stage of Diabetes

摘要 目的观察参芪复方对糖尿病早期大血管病变大鼠白色脂肪过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体γ(PPARγ)的影响。方法模型组、雷米普利组、参芪复方低剂量组、高剂量组及正常对照组分别给予相应受试物32天。实时定量RT-PCR法检测脂肪PPARγ和脂联素mRNA的表达。结果参芪复方低剂量组、高剂量组大鼠的PPARγ及其下游靶基因脂联素mRNA表达量均较模型组明显增加,且二者呈明显正相关关系。结论上调和活化PPARγ可能是参芪复方抗糖尿病早期大血管病变的作用机制之一。 Objective To study the effect of Shenqi Compound Recipe .(SCR) on the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPARγ) in white adipose tissue of rats with macrovascular complication in earlier stage of diabetes. Methods Corresponding substance was given to rats in model group, Ramipril group, normal control group and low or high dosage of SCR groups respectively for 32 days. The expression of PPARγ and adiponectin mRNA was tested by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Results The expression of PPARγ and adiponectin mRNA increased obviously in low and high dosage of SCR groups as compared with model group. There was positive correlation between expression of PPARγ and adiponeetin mRNA. Conclusion SCR can prevent macrovascular complication in earlier stage of diabetes, which might be relevant to its up-regulating and activating PPARγ.
