红花籽油对蛋鸡部分生化性状的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Safflower Seed Oil on Some Biochemical Parameters of Yolk and serum in Layers

摘要 本试验选用120只48周龄健康罗曼蛋鸡,研究日粮中添加不同水平的红花籽油对蛋黄中高度不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)组成及胆固醇含量的影响。试验分4组,1组为对照组,2,3和4组在日粮中分别添加2%,4%和6%红花籽油,试验期21天。结果表明,在日粮中添加6%红花籽油,蛋黄中亚油酸含量为23.16%,是对照组2.56倍;蛋黄和血清中胆固醇含量分别是16.24±0.71毫克/克和1.1869±0.108毫克/毫升,比对照组分别降低27.17%和24.09%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。本次试验结果与笔者前一次在日粮中添加8%红花籽油结果相近似。但是,在产蛋性能方面,6%添加量优于8%。 This experiment was couducted with of 48-week's old healthy Roman Brown Layers to study the effect of different level on PUFA and Cholesterol in yolk.Layers were divided in to four groups with 30 layers for each control and 2%,4% and 6% SS oil (safflower seed oil).Experiment results in the twenty first day showed that LA in Yolk of 6%SS oil was 23.16%,It was 2.56 fold sofcontrolgroup.Cholesterol in yolk and serum of 6% SS oil group was 16.24±0.71mg/g and 1.1869±0.108mg/ml respectively,decreased 27.7% and 24.09% and differed significantly compared with control group (P<0.01).The results was similar with 8% SS oil before.But,It was good compared with 8% SS oil on productivity of layers.
