摘要
通过对高炉折叠式堵渣机在整个工作过程中各个阶段的机构形态的过约束分析,提出了为消除机构过约束而进行的运动副优化配置的自调设计方案,由此得到了多回路变结构机构自调结构的一些设计准则.
By analyzing the overconstmint of the mechanism forms for the folding residue plugging machine of blast furnace on every stage of the whole working process, this paper advances the self-adjusting design plan for kinematic pair optimized disposition to eliminate mechanism overconstmint, and acquires some design rules about the self-adjusting structure with multi-loop mechanism of changing structure.
