摘要
以最新信息技术为依托的现代远程教育是我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分。本文通过对社会和个体成员对高等教育的需求及传统高等教育所能提供服务的分析,及对高等教育内外部相关因素的分析,笔者认为发展现代远程教育正面临着最佳机遇,提出了高等教育大众化实施过程中现代远程教育的发展模式、策略。
Modem distance learning which based on the latest information technology is an important component of our country＇s higher education system. This paper analyzed the social and individual demand to higher education and the services which the traditional higher education can serve. It also analyzed the inside and outside correlated factors about higher education. This is the best time to develop modem distance learning. The author proposed the developmental model and strategy about modem distance learning in the popular process of higher education.
