丙泊酚配伍不同镇痛药用于人工流产术的比较

摘要 目的评价丙泊酚配伍不同剂量的镇痛药用于无痛人工流产手术的效果。方法120例ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级、妊娠40~90d、自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女,分为4组,每组为30例,进行丙泊酚(A组)、丙泊酚配伍芬太尼(B组)、丙泊酚配伍氯氨酮(C组)和丙泊酚配伍氯氨酮和芬太尼(D组)麻醉的效果观察比较。结果A、B、D组MAP的术中均值显著小于其相对应的基础值(P<0.05),HR,SpO2的术中均值与基础值相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05);B、C、D组丙泊酚用量显著小于单纯丙泊酚组(A组)的用量;B、C、D组的术中镇痛和术后镇痛效果均明显优于A组。结论丙泊酚配伍芬太尼或氯胺酮麻醉不仅具有确切的术中镇痛效果,而且还具有优良的术后镇痛效果。当丙泊酚与芬太尼和氯胺酮三药联合应用时,其镇痛效果则显著增强。
