血管活性肠肽(VIP)对大鼠Leydig细胞FasL表达及介导Jurkat细胞凋亡的影响

摘要 目的研究VIP对大鼠Leydig细胞FasL表达及介导Jurkat细胞凋亡的影响。方法VIP作用于UU感染的SD大鼠及大鼠Leydig细胞,观察VIP对大鼠Leydig细胞FasL表达的调节,从体外及动物整体水平来探讨VIP对大鼠Leydig细胞FasL表达及介导Jurkat细胞凋亡的影响。结果在睾丸局部感染时,VIP能调节Leydig细胞FasL表达格局并能调节Leydig细胞介导Jurkat细胞的凋亡率。结论VIP参与调节大鼠睾丸局部的免疫豁免。 Objective:To study the regulation of FasL expression in rat Leydig cells and of Jurkat cell apoptosis by Vasocation Intestinal peptide, nethods:UU-infected rats and their Leydig cells were treated with VIP. FasL expression in Leydig cells and the cell apoptosis were observed. Results:Under the UU-infected situation, FasL expressing pattern was mediated by the Leydig cells. Conclusion:VIP could regulate rat Leydig cell immune function and participate in the regulation of immune privilege of the testis.
