Some detailed facts of the observational study of PRC Japan cooperative program on Asian Monsoon Over Tibetan Plateau since 1993 are introduced.Three parts are included:The first part deals briefly with the features of the measuring instruments,the climatic characteristics of the observational environment and the measured elements.The second part refers to the features of the measured data.Some of the data are analysed in the third part.
