摘要
聚氧乙烯(PEO)和锂盐混合后具有聚合物电解质(Polymer electrolyte)的离子导电性,可用于制作高能量密度薄膜固体电池。存在的问题是因聚氧乙烯导电发生在非晶区,而未经改性的聚氧乙烯在室温下结晶度X_c>70%。
Referring to C. N. Nicholas and C. Booth's method, modified polyoxyethylene electrolyte was prepared from polyethylene glycol and dichloromethane. The molecular weight MPK of the obtained polymer was measured by GPC that was greater than 105. The chain structure was characterized by C13NMR which indicated that the polymer was oxymethylene-linked polyoxyethylene. The DSC results of the sample showed that the glass transition temperature Tg^-60℃. the melting point Tm= 11℃,the crystallinity at -20℃ was Xc=26%. The sample appeared as elastomer at room temperature. When it. was dopped with LiCF3SO3 and made into a film, its conductivity at room temperature was measured by method of AC Impedence, that was a = 6×10-5(cm)-1.
