摘要
中国足球职业化改革具有必然性,十多年来取得了初步的成效,联赛运作环境也得到进一步改善。但在管理体制、运行机制和法规制度、训练科学化、思想教育等方面遇到了不少困难和问题。建议通过中国足协和俱乐部体制的深入改革来解决这些问题。
It is necessary for China＇s football teams to be professionally reformed. Success of the reform has been achieved and the football league tournament environment has been improved as well in the last decade. However, some difficulties and problems still exist in terms of administrative system, running mechanism, rules and regulations, scientific training and ideological education, etc. The paper proposes that the problems be solved by deepening reforms of Chinese Football Association and Chinese football clubs.
