摘要
设计与合成了５个尚未见文献报道的非那甾胺的类似物，它们的化学结构均经元素分析与波谱测试确证。
The five novel analogues of finasteride were designed and synthesized, and their structures were identified by elemental analysis, MS, 1HNMR and IR.
