摘要
合成了新荧光试剂苯偶氮水杨醛异烟酰腙(BSIH).研究了试剂与铜的荧光反应新体系的最适宜条件.在pH=9.0的乙醇/水(3.5:6.5,V/V)溶液中,该试剂与铜离子形成稳定的络合物,组成比为1:1(金属:试剂),λex/em=244.8/423.0nm。所建立铜的荧光分析方法的线性范围为0.5~100.0μg/L,检出限为0.20μg/L,方法成功的应用于矿泉水中铜的测定.
A new fluorescent reagent, benzeneazosalicyladehyde- isonicotinyl- hydrazone (BSIH), was synthesized and the fluorescent reaction of this reagent with copper ions was studied in detail. Based on this chelation reaction, a spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of copper in an ethanol-water (3. 5:6. 5,V/V) medium at pH 9. 0. Under these conditions the Cu2+-BSIH complex has excitation and emission maxima at 244. 8nm and 423. 0nm respectively. The molar ratio of copper to reagent is 1: 1. The linear range of the method is from 0. 5 to 120. 0μg/L and the detection limit is 0. 2μg/L of copper. The method has been used to determine copper trace in mineral water and water samples with satisfactory results.
