摘要
通过对比货车是否安装后下部防护装置对后面追尾车辆所造成的危害,对现有的货车后下部防护装置的结构进行了改进。根据碰撞过程中后下部防护装置的最大限度吸收能量的原则,将槽钢改进为圆钢管,并对其进行仿真。仿真结果表明:圆钢管型后下部防护装置比槽钢型后下部防护装置更加安全、可靠,具有较强应用价值。
This paper contrasted the damage caused by rear-end collision between a car and a truck,to which rear bumper is installed,and put forward the measures for the structure improvement of rear bumper of the truck.According to the principle that the rear bumper should absorb the maximum energy,the structure of the rear bumper of a truck should be designed in such a way that the rear bumper must be made of round steel pipe instead of channel steel.After that the simulation is conducted.The result of the simulation shows that the bumper made of round steel pipe is more safe and reliable.Therefore,the study has practical significance and feasibility.
