摘要
选择梨小食心虫性诱剂为活性试剂,几种聚合物为基质材料,制成多种控释剂型,从理论上研究了控制释放的数学模型和释放机理,得到了计算释放速率的理论解,并从实验上验证了理论解,求得了一些剂型的扩散系数,从理论和实验结果的讨论中得到了一些对控制释放剂型的设计和应用具有一定指导意义的结论。
This paper discusses the delivering mechanism of controlled release formulation in which the Grapholitha molesta Busck sex pheromone is used as active agent, and polymers as matrix materials. The mathematical expressions which describe the release of active agents from matrix system to the enviroment were derived. The reference values of diffusion coefficient of Z, E-8-12Ac from several matrix materials were caculated by analytical solution and experimental data. Then, we derived some conclusions which were significant to design and apply the controlled release formulations.
