摘要
侯月铁路云台山隧道,是一座瓦斯特长单线隧道。在原焦作矿院的配合下,顺利安全地完成了平导与主洞的22次石门揭煤,没有出现一次瓦斯煤尘爆炸安全事故。本文介绍了第1次揭煤爆破选型、爆破参数设计,以及瓦斯隧道的瓦斯浓度安全标准、电气管理、爆破作业与火源管理等一系列管理措施;为瓦斯隧道爆破安全施工提供了宝贵的管理经验。
Constructed on Houyue railway, the Yuntaishan tunnel is an one way tunnel with prolong length filled with gas. Cooperated with the former Jiaozuo Mining Institute, 22 times of coal exploitation at horizontal heading and main gallery has been successful fulfilled without gas and coal dust explosion. The present paper gave an introduction to the selection of blasting technique, the design of blasting parameters, the safety standard of gas tunnel and gas concentration, electric apparatus management, and comprehensive management measures of blasting operation and fire sources. The introduction offered valuable management experience for the safety construction of blasting of gas tunnel.
