摘要
在我国外汇储备突破万亿美元成为世界上外汇储备最多的国家后,国内外众多学者对此掀起了新一轮的研究和分析,给出了正反两面的评价。文章着重分析了我国巨额外汇储备的形成原因,并由此对外汇储备适度规模和外汇投资提出相应的建议。
After the foreign exchange reserve has exceeded US$1000 billion which indicates that China has become the No.1 in possession of foreign exchange reserve, a lot of Sino-foreign experts are raising a newround discussion about it. The article specially analyzes the forming reason of substantive foreign exchange reserve, then gives some suggestions for moderate scale of foreign exchange reserve and foreign exchange reserve investment.
