转基因动物表达重组蛋白多以乳腺、唾液腺和膀胱为靶位。在这些表达器官中,通过构建合适的载体,选择适当的启动子和调控序列可产生比正常水平高得多的重组蛋白。
The expressions of albumen recombination for GM animals are mostly galactophors of gland and cyst. During these apparatuses,with the appropriate carriers,proper seeds and manipulative lists,the GM animals can produce recombinational albumen with higher level.
