摘要
本文对腈氯纶中氯元素的阻燃效果及其作用机理和三氧化二锑与氯元素的协同效应等问题作了分析。结果表明,偏二氯乙烯的阻燃效果优于氟乙烯,当丙烯腈-偏二氯乙烯共聚体中偏二氯乙烯含40%wt时,由该共聚体所纺成的腈氯纶具有显著的阻燃性;三氧化二锑与氯元素的阻燃增效效应达到最佳时(△LOI达到最大),Sb/Cl为21~25(摩尔比),与腈氯纶的化学结构无关。
The mechanisms of flame retardance for modacrylics fibers and synergism between Sb2O3 and Cl were investigated. The results are as follows:VDC monomer is more effective than VC monomer in fire retardance,the modacrylics fiber with VDC content of 40% wt is remarkably flame retardantj the atomic ratio C1:Sb is 21 to 25 and has little relation with the chemical structure of modacrlics fiber when ΔLOI reaches maximum.
