摘要
根据目前农村剩余劳动力向城市单向转移现状,从城乡人力资源双向互动的视角研究分析了城乡人力资源双向互动的特征及综合效益,提出城乡人力资源双向互动的途径以及促进城乡人力资源双向互动的措施,建立市场对接的机制促进城乡统筹发展。
According to the current situations of the rural surplus labor transfer to city, the characteristic and the synthesis benefit were analyzed from the angle of the bidirectional interaction of human resources between urban and rural areas.Then the approachs and the countermeasures of the bidirectional interaction of human resources between urban and rural areas were put forward.Finally,the market docking mechanism was established to promote the harmonized development in urban and rural areas.
