摘要
[目的]为了掌握丹参生长发育特性,提高其药材质量和单位面积产量。[方法]通过对丹参生长发育过程中农艺性状调查,并对根中有效成分总丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量的测定,研究丹参生长发育及其不同时期根中有效成分含量的变化。[结果]丹参根与根茎鲜重、茎叶鲜重、主根长、主根径、株高、茎粗等9个农艺性状之间存在显著的相关性;丹参根的有效成分含量在生殖生长期高于营养生长期;丹参根中总丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量总的变化趋势呈“低、高、低”的特征,均在7月中旬达到最高。[结论]得出了在丹参根药用成分最高时采收的时期。
[Objective]The study was conducted to master the characteristics of growth and development in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.so as to improve the quality and unit area yield of medicinal materials.[Method] The growth and development and the content change of effective components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.roots in different stages were studied through investigating the agronomic traits of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.during the growth and development process and determining the effective components in roots,including total tanshinones, tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B. [ Result ] Salvia mihiorrhiza Bge. roots was significantly related to 9 agronomic traits such as the fresh weight of rhizome, the fresh weight of leaf, length of main root, diameter of main root, plant height, stem thickness and so on.The content of effective conrponents in Salvia mihiorrhiza Bge. roots during reproductive growth stage was more than those during the vegetative growth stage. The total change of total tanshinones, tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B had ‘low-high-low’ trend, and all reached the highest in middle July. [Conclusion] The optimum harvest period was found, in which the medicinal ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. roots was the highest.
