摘要
为了研究硒代酰胺与活泼卤代烃在各种溶剂中的反应情况,选择将硒代酰胺与苄氯在无水氯仿中进行反应,硒代酰胺与苄氯在Et3N存在下按1∶2的比例加入,反应与在benzene/ethanol中不同,生成了以二苄基二硒醚为主的产物,同时含少量二苄基硒醚.当硒代酰胺与苄氯以1∶1加入,在Et3N存在下则生成以二苄基硒醚为主,同时含有少量的二苄基二硒醚的产物.该反应拓展了硒代酰胺的硒转移反应,同时也提供了一种合成烃基二硒醚和二烃基硒醚的方法.
The reactivity of aryl selenoamides toward alkyl halide was investigated in Et3N-CHCl3. Surprisingly, it was found that the dialkyl selenides as major product with a trace of dialkyl diselenide as sideproduct were obtained by the reaction of aryl selenoamide with benzyl chloride at 1 : 1 molar ratio, and dialkyl diselenide was formed as major product with a trace dialkyl selenide as sideproduct by the reaction of aryl selenoamide with benzyl chloride at 1 : 2 molar ratio in Et3N-CHCl3. It is different from the reaction of selenoamides with alkyl halides in benzene/etha- nol . This reaction provides not only a new selenium transfer reaction but also a new method for synthesis of dialkyl selenides and dialkyl diselenides.
