摘要
薄层色谱法既可用于高分子材料的分离和定性分析,也能够定量测定高分子材料的分子量、分子量分布及其组成分布。本文综合叙述薄层色谱法定量测定高分子材料的分析技术。
The analytic technology of thin-layer chromatography has been described not only because TLC is a simple and rapid method for separation of polymer, but also because TLC can determine the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution as well as constituent distribution of polymer. The mechanism by which fractionation occurs and a theoretical description of the process are given and discussed.
