钢铁件无覆盖熔剂热浸镀铝新工艺

摘要 钢铁件热浸镀铝是使钢铁具有耐大气和介质(如海水、有机酸等)腐蚀,抗高温氧化和硫蚀,耐磨及美观等集多种功能于一体的表面技术.新技术不采用由有毒氟盐和氯盐组成的覆盖熔剂,排除了旧工艺中的污染环境、劳动条件差的严重缺点,具有镀层质量好、成本低(省去覆盖熔剂和中和试剂),污染小等系列优点,为加速热浸镀铝工艺的发展起了重大推进作用. The hot dip aluminum coating on steal parts is a face technology which makes iron have such advantages as anti air and medium (sea water, organic acid)corrosion. anti high-temperature oxidation and sulphate corrosion resistant and beautiful surface. The new technology doesn't adopt covering flux composed of poisonous villiaumite and chlorate, and eliminates such grave disadvantages as the polluted circumstances and bad working condition .so it has a series of advantages which include good quality of coating, low cost, little pollution and does a great deal to the great development of accelerating the art of hot dip aluminum coating.
