摘要
本文用FT-IR、粘弹谱仪和DSC研究了膨胀单体NSOC和环氧树脂E51的共聚行为。得到了NSOC与E51无规共聚的证据,从915cm^(-1)吸收谱带的消失和1754cm^(-1)吸收谱带的出现可以定性或定量地检测聚合过程的进行,1142cm^(-1)吸收谱带的强弱可作为共聚序列长度的定性比较数据,NSOC含量低的配比树脂更倾向于共聚,序列长度趋短。控制NSOC与E51树脂的比例,可以得到聚合时可控体积变化的共聚树脂。
Copolymerizing behaviour of the copolymer which was composed of expanding monomer NSOC and shrinking E51 epoxy resin was studied by means of FT-IR, DSC and viscoelast-ometer. Evidence for random copolymerization was given from the results. The disappear of 915 cm-1 and the occur of 1754 cm-1 absorption peak on IR spectrum could be used to follow the curing process qualitatively or quantatively. 1142cm-1 absorption peak intensity may be used as the qualitative comparative data of the copolymerizing sequence length. Regulating the ratio of NSOC to E51, the volume change of the copolymer could be controlled on curing.
