摘要
由于传统CAD系统只提供产品的几何信息,一些非几何信息难以表达,不能为下游活动准备足够多的信息,难以支持设计制造一体化过程.特征识别是将传统CAD系统的几何模型转换为面向应用的特征模型的重要方法.被认为是通往CAD/CAM信息集成的重要途径.本文系统研究各种特征识别方法的特点及其应用,指出特征识别方法的不足和进一步研究的若干问题.
Owing to the traditional CAD systems only supply geometrical informations of product, some non- geometrical informations are dificult to prescut. It cannot provide enough in formations for the downstream activities to support the integrated process of design and manufacture- The characteristic recognition is an important method to transform the geometrical model of the traditional system to the characteristic model of the oriented application- It is considered as an important way leading to CAD/CAM information integration. This paper sysmetically researches features and applications of various methods of characteristic resognition, points out insufficiencies of characteristic recognition and some problems for further researches.
